It was a beautiful day for the unofficial launch of the Mardi Gras festival.  Fair Day is always a great chance to catch up with everyone in a relaxed environment.  We saw plenty of familiar faces and quite a few new people as well.  The stall was set up in it’s usual position at 8.30am…
